@LauraLoomer No. I don’t rinse chicken. It just spreads bacteria around your sink. I pat dry, salt lightly then rest for 15 minutes in the fridge. This applies to any chicken recipe, even if it's baking. Dry surface makes better browning (Maillard Reaction), not salty meat.
