Suspending real users for 'inauthentic behaviours' just for scrolling/liking normally, confirming no violations after review yet nothing is fixed system-side. Some are stuck for months. Please 1) fix this & restore accounts 2) improve moderation BIG TIME. r/twitterhelp is on fire

@nikitabier There's a major issue where wrongly suspended accounts (AI mod mistook for bots) get restoration emails after appealing yet accounts remain suspended. This bugged loop affects my partner @lianthuss and thousands of legit users. There's been no support or human action

@nikitabier @lianthuss You must be aware of this. AI mods suspending real people for engaging with the site as intended, then confirming no violations took place after review yet nothing is restored system-side. Some are stuck for months. This especially violates GDPR for EU users. It's a serious issue

To oomfs wondering why my partner @lianthuss has been so quiet lately it's cos their account got suspended 🫠 The crappy AI mistook thousands of real folks for bots lately so my partner got suspended in the middle of geeking about KH4. We're appealing so they'll be back dw!
