Ok I’ve been testing Grok 4.5 for the past few days on my own and I fully made the switch from Claude for my projects.
It better understand my requests, creates better screens for my apps without repeating 5 times, I don’t reach 5 hours limits in 15min.
Really impressed so far, can’t wait to see 4.6 @elonmusk
Listened to this podcast this morning at gym.
I’m taking vitamin D each day now for the last three months and I sleep like a baby.
I recommend listening this one.
Around 80% of the world is now struggling with sleep, but what if we’ve been trying to fix the wrong problem?
For years, we’ve been told that poor sleep comes down to our habits, routines and discipline...
But Stasha Gominak believes there is a much deeper conversation we need to have about what is happening inside our bodies.
Stasha is a Harvard-trained neurologist who spent more than a decade researching sleep after noticing patterns in thousands of patients. She left traditional medicine because she wanted more time to understand the experiences people were having and the questions that weren’t being answered.
During our conversation, she shared why she believes listening to patients changed the way she understood sleep, health and the human body.
We discussed things like:
- Millions of people sleeping enough hours but still feeling exhausted.
- The hidden role REM sleep plays in how we think, feel and function.
- A surprising link between vitamin D, gut health and sleep.
- The relationship between sleep, memory and emotional health.
The relationship between sleep, memory and emotional health.
- Mistakes people make when trying to fix their sleep.
Stasha's whole point is that sleep isn't about hours in bed - it's about what's actually happening in your brain and body while you're asleep.
If you’ve been doing "everything right" and you’re still waking up exhausted you will take a lot from this conversation.
Out now on all platforms. Let me know what you think of this one in the comments ❤️👊🏾
I became like this until 3 months ago even though I was going to gym.
But no cardio and eating and drinking too much got me there.
Staying all day in front of a computer didn’t help either.
Adjusted to adding 30min cardio and fasting, eating in a 8h window and no drinking.
Lost about 9kg and feeling much better.
Essentially most guys over 35+ now have this body or worse
You really have to fight this and become ripped to avoid this fate, which means being strict on nutrition and exercise
I call it the "padel body": skinny limbs and a fat beer belly, others call it "pregnant guy" which I like too 😂
It's very risky because belly fat (or visceral fat) is uniquely dangerous: it actively disrupts your hormonal system (which makes you depressed or if you're a guy feminine and if you're a woman masculine), as well as causing body-wide inflammation, heart disease, diabetes and even strokes!
Don't believe me?
🇺🇸 US: Roughly 70% to 77% of adult men over age 35 are overweight or obese, according to national health data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Rates increase significantly with age, peaking during middle age
🇪🇺 EU: Roughly 60% to 80% of middle-aged and older men in Europe are overweight or obese. Data from the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe and Eurostat show that weight-gain heavily scales with age, with male rates consistently higher than female rates
For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

The real moat is to put the right product in front of the right eyes at the right moment.
I think this makes more and more sense with the commoditization of building tools with AI.
I guess from now on, I would focus 80% of time building communities and much less on the rest
