We've all submitted formal complaints on @KLM website. The website says we're eligible for reimbursement, but knowing how they treat customers I won't hold my breath.

hey @Delta you should reconsider your global partner @KLM . they gave me and 9 of my friends tickets away to standby passengers 40 mins before the flight. We stood and the gate and watched them board in our place. worst travel experience of my life
