Harvesting Fusarium spores today. I am having a bit of trouble with my pellet being very loose after spinning down my liquid culture, and I fear that I am loosing quite a few spores, when I discard the supernatant. Has anyone experienced this? #fusarium #microbiology

Sorghum grown in our greenhouse in Copenhagen. I knew sorghum had long roots, but I’ve never actually seen it - wild (and heavy to lift, I might add)! 🌱
