@_miatheofficial @Converge_CSU Im seriously considering cutting of the service PLDT offers 50mbps for 1699 with free installation and network boost for the first year. if this is still not resolved within the week Im cancelling service and would not pay for termination fee. I even have to spend extra.

@_miatheofficial @Converge_CSU I even ask for process of terminating the service they would tell you that there would be termination fee and reimbursement of days for non usable service is for approval I even saw someone tweeting for waiting more than 5months and still got no reimbursement for the service
