突然の雑学ですが、実は猫は肉球くらいにしか汗腺がありません。
つまり「暑いから汗で体温を下げる」が出来ません。
暑さに対する体温調節がかなり下手くそな生き物なのです。

猫の好きな場所にエアコンがない、エアコンを付けてない、そんな状況でも猫は好きな場所を優先して過ごしてしまい、そのまま熱中症になってしまう、という子が実は結構います。

「好きな場所にエアコンがないから」「好きで暑いところにいるんだからいいだろ」「我が家の猫は暑いところ好きなんだ」
という方も多いのですが、猫の「温度より居場所優先」の意固地さを舐めてはいけません。

灼熱だろうと本当に意地でもその場所にいます。
それを「暑いのが好きなんだね」と放置するには猫の身体は脆いものです。

人と猫で暮らす以上、飼い主として、猫を迎え入れたものとして、徹底した環境作りをするのが人の勤めです。

「うちの子は暑いところにいたがるけどね笑」
ではありません。温度調整をしてあげてください。
本当にびっくりするくらい熱中症になる子多いんです。そのくらい「場所」を優先します。猫は。

暑い日でも、膝に乗ってきませんか？
大好きな飼い主の膝だから、暑くてもいたいんですよ
それと一緒。

そして確かにエアコン嫌いの猫ちゃんがいるのも事実です😂
しかし、だからと言って灼熱で放置と天秤にかけたら絶対涼しくしておいた方が吉です。

"全部屋全場所涼しい環境の中で"、"好きな場所にいてもらう。＂が正解だと僕は考えています。

部屋の全て隅々まで27度！とかにならないですからね。空気ですから、25度のところもあるし、28度のところもあります。そのムラの範疇で過ごしてくれればいいなと、そう思っています。
