Even if you don't understand Thai, listen to Por's voice.
His tone. The firm but kind way of explaining, plus the way his intonation goes down at the end of his speech.
That's supreme voice control in a stressful situation.
If the other person is rational, this will give them pause, they won't automatically fall into a confrontational mode.
That's one of the tools you use to defuse a situation and promote healthy discussions, by adjusting the tone of your voice.
It seems simple but there are so many factors that can trigger a defensive response: cultural training to speak loud, family upbringing to speak up and over the other person to win an argument... TeeTeePor seem to have cracked the code to a healthy discussion.

Even though they were new, they were willing to work hard together, support one another, and give their very best to make this series a success. And they truly did it. The same goes for their concert. All their hard work and dedication have finally paid off. They’ve earned every bit of their success through sweat, perseverance, and determination.
