@flyspicejet not only changed the gate without sending sms or informing the passenger, made an elderly person walk in panic mode, tore his fully paid ticket and manhandled by staff with expired ID

I saw the exact same thing happen to another co SpiceJet passenger from my flight from Leh to Delhi. They are definitely upto a bigger mischief by stooping to such bizarre tactics. SpiceJet needs to be audited by the authorities from step A to Z of boarding a flight.

father of my friend was manhandled at the airport while trying to board the flight. His pre booked seat was realloted to someone else for a few more bucks. When he confronted regarding the same , he(senior citizen) was manhandled by crew members @JM_Scindia @flyspicejet

That was a year ago.
Seems they haven't improved one bit.
