Went to the @MapleIndia store in Khar, Santacruz, and got it replaced once but the issue is still there.

Went to @MapleIndia again and they said that it’s normal to have the noise on transparency mode as they were manufactured that way??

To highlight, there’s a lot of noise when nothing’s playing on the transparency mode and the issue wasn’t there on airpods pro (gen 1)

Have been in constant touch with apple support over chat and call @Apple and I’m unable to resolve this.
