Deadly Discipline Trial

Damien Hauschultz was convicted of reckless homicide in 2021. He beat his cousin Ethan, and buried him in the snow, at the direction of his stepfather, Timothy.

He refused to testify against Timothy until he was able to be resentenced. He was, but the judge upheld his 20 year sentence, and ended up getting more supervised release time.
