On #NationalGunViolenceAwarenessDay, I remember my little brother Giovanni Flores who was senselessly taken from this world in July 2022. No one has been arrested for his murder. Let’s work to #EndGunViolence so no other family will know the pain of losing a loved one to guns.
I was fortunate enough to get a private screening of the film, Killers of the Flower Moon earlier this month. Having been marginally released from my NDA with the premiere of the film today at Cannes, I have a few thoughts.
Why does this keep happening, why does the government keep acting like there’s nothing that can be done, I genuinely do not understand how human lives, teens, children are not worth more than guns to people
My 19-year-old brother Giovanni Flores was killed 7 months ago. No one has been arrested for his homicide.
If you have any information about his case, please contact @CookCoCrimeSto2.
So nikita dragun has been put in a men's jail and I think it is an important to remind folks that this kind of treatment is tantamount to sentencing a trans woman to be serially raped. Its a blatant violation of her 4th amendment protections against cruel and unusual punishment
I do appreciate people intervening but I wish men protected women because were human beings. Not for our proximity to men. Like why do we have to be pictured as wives/mothers/daughters for men to stop us from being harassed. Anyways.
I noticed someone was physically harassing a woman standing alone trying to ignore him and survive, so I shouted, “Come on, we are late,” she quickly said “coming” and the man ran away. If you ever notice a woman in such situation, help her. She might be your daughter someday.

I’m not sure if the Yankees doing that will result in change but I’m glad that there is some stop to business as usual. That we should be halting things like baseball coverage for peoples lives
