Enjoying being back in the kitchen with our N4/5 Prac.cookery. Started off with a stir fry using these fab onions and garlic from our garden @astragardens they were so tasty 😋 learning about blending, veg cuts, seasonality

Today our garden club harvested our huge red cabbage then had a go at braiding garlic. One week left for our families in what's been a very quick summer! I'm off to chop up the cabbage and freeze it for pH indicator @ardacadchem @NAC_FLT @ArdAcademy @caleygrowlearn @RHSSchools
