Saw this and thought of you @thunderf00t. Love the idea of cleaner oceans, but I call BS. Using kg rather than tonnes for amount removed to sound more impressive. I’d be interested in your thoughts.

@MattWalshBlog It is true is that the modern world is designed to distract us and those with ADHD are disproportionately affected by this. This doesn’t make ADHD not exist or belittle the problems of modern society. Knowledge is power, by knowing why we struggle we can learn how to succeed (6)
@MattWalshBlog ADHD is NOT environmental. It is an insanely well-studied condition and twin-studies prove it does not have an environmental basis. It is not down to poor discipline. It is highly genetic. It is also associated with early death and multiple co-morbidities when untreated (5)
@MattWalshBlog It is not about telling someone their brain is broken, but realising how it works differently and why normal strategies for concentrating and working are ineffective. It allows me to be kinder to myself when I find certain kinds of tasks difficult. (4)
@MattWalshBlog I decided to pursue assessment and diagnosis, not for a label, but partly because it explains why I struggle with some simple things and partly because I can now understand better how my brain works differently and I can use different strategies to work better. (3)
@MattWalshBlog Like everyone I’ve run into a few bumps in the road, but these have had recurring themes and eventually I realised that ADHD could be an explanation as to why I can’t overcome these in the same way many of my colleagues and friends/family can, despite being highly successful. (2)
@MattWalshBlog Sorry I’m a bit late to the party, but I only came across this recently. I’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD while I’m still clinging to my early 40s. I’m a successful professional with copious undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications and I’m married with 3 kids. (1)
@HMRCcustomers I’ve registered in the past, and have a UTR. Haven’t done it for a year or so as I’ve not been required too, but I need to in order to claim tax back on my professional memberships as they are over £2500. I’ve managed to start the form, just wondering where is right to put them?
@HMRCcustomers I have professional subscriptions which amount to >£2500 for the tax year 2021-2022 so can’t use the online claim form and need to do a self assessment form, does that need to be a form for that tax year?
@IcelandFoods so after I’ve finished a 12hr shift, got out of my PPE, washed my hands and changed into my normal clothes, I can have the privilege of shopping at your store, but I have to buy anything that I touch! I would love to see the evidence base which backs up your policy

@BungieHelp please can you help!? I purchased a copy of Halo back in 2007 and had it initially installed on an old Mac (intel) and have found my disc and would love to play this again. Only problem is I can’t find the manual, so the key is missing, as is the original install.
