@kevin_amatt @carlosalcaraz @Wimbledon I think cold can help with inflammation of the muscles. I've always thought it was especially important to respect warmth for ligaments. Ligaments are generally blood flow poor and need as much warm blood as possible. Cold may benefit the muscles as blood is refreshed
