George Carlin on abortion in 1996. Sadly, this is still relevant today. Carlin could rise from the dead tomorrow, do this exact same bit and it would make perfect sense.
“We're all just wandering through the tundra of our existence, assigning value to worthlessness, when all that we love and hate, all we believe in and fight for and kill for and die for is as meaningless as images projected onto Plexiglass.” - Goddamn right, Jason Dessen.
i dont know who needs to hear this but if youve been feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, and tasks that you could have easily done last week are very difficult to even start now, it might be burnout!! burnout is real and hard to solve but recognizing it may be a helpful first step
Broadcasting on twitter? Did I turn into a single blog mom of three making the transition from facebook to twitter? idk who I am anymore? did I ever? I love you single blog moms, your perception of how yellow the blue universe is motivates my abandoned empty trolly of a heart
and unlocking the secrets of the universe by broadcasting my breakdowns on twitter isn’t the greatest of gems that came out of the shitshow in my mind, but the broken disco ball keeps spinning and I think my neurones are spazzing, if such thing is possible
NO SURE I’ll be more grateful for that which I was provided, but maybe it would mean something if it was given to someone less privileged who actually wanted it, I’m aware of the privilege, just saddened by the reality
but no go ahead tell me how significant my existence is, how impactful the difference and all the other words to help me bullshit my way through the life I’m anchored in
@fajer73919692 @Aaoq81 @Falkharji_@OTAKU4LIFU_ اموت و اعرف من اي جنه نزلتي bc you’re such an angel. all my love, my pure-hearted well-intended dawn. (lmao get it, فَيّرهَ. sry.)
