@TennisTribune02 So the words of relevant authorities matter to you as you pick and choose, got it.
Sinner: Treated as guilty of "cheating" despite words to the contrary from the ITIA and WADA.
Zverev: Treated as innocent, despite receiving no verdict either way.
A wonderful moral compass.
@TennisTribune02@jagswim1@BarclayCard18 Fact 1: His behaviour in Acapulco.
Fact 2: His behaviour during COVID on the Adria Tour.
Literally verified facts. That's the thing with him. He could have no domestic violence allegations against him at all, and he'd still be an unlikeable prick.
@TennisTribune02@alexx_shaw@BarclayCard18 Only one of those two was outright stated to have been not guilty of the thing he was accused of, and it's not Zverev.
He could have cleared his name. Instead he wanted his ex-partner's testimony to be held behind closed doors, then settled with no verdict days after instead.
No he wasn't? He wasn't found "guilty". The issue was a matter of strict liability, in that he bears responsibility for his team. He was found to bear "no fault or negligence", that isn't him being found guilty of anything, it's the literal opposite.
Zverev is not "considered innocent".
@TennisTribune02@jagswim1@BarclayCard18 I'm not jumping to conclusions because someone said so on here. I think Zverev is a piece of shit completely of my own accord.
Tsitsipas is also a weirdo headcase.
@TennisTribune02@_taymiyah@BarclayCard18 He isn't considered innocent, he's presumed innocent as a legal standard, they're not the same. The court literally stated "The decision is not a verdict and it is not a decision about guilt or innocence".
@TennisTribune02@alexx_shaw@BarclayCard18 It's strange that Sinner's image would be tarnished for you, despite the fact two different anti-doping organisations outright found him to have not been doping.
But Zverev's image isn't, despite the fact his much worse case was only settled without ever receiving a verdict.
@TennisTribune02@jagswim1@BarclayCard18 Except the target of violence from Rublev was Rublev himself. He wasn't being violent or threatening towards other people. The only concern there was his repeated self-harm.
@Theo__WHU@gamblingdiary2@AfcGrey_ They literally didn't lose a single game from the league phase through to the final. That is the opposite of scraping it.
@CBAwithThisApp@TheStatsSaint@Thunda007@ChrisG87UTB Okay? And? What's your point? And what's it got to do with anything I said? This guys trying arguing "what does a final achieve if you don't win" whilst also heralding just being an also-ran in the Premier League achieving nothing for 25 seasons like that's any more of one.
@gamblingdiary2@AfcGrey_ I'm all for trying to mug off Arsenal, but this banter doesn't really work saying they don't stand a chance when they've literally just reached the final and only lost on penalties.
