@help_delhivery worst courier service I have ever used.. the package goes back to sambalpur from Sundargarh.. and the reason being mentioned is "address not found". However day in and out packages are being delivered by Amazon, flipkart, dtdc etc.

Today is the 15th day post cancellation of Airbnb accomodation cancellation, but still have no whereabout of refund from @Airbnb_in @Airbnb . The is no customer support to raise the concern.

I am trying to unfreeze an amount of Rs. 6718/- from my amazon pay balance. The amount was freezed without mentioning any reason and there is no response to email. Even customer care is unable to give a fix to it. Its really devastating to get such treatment.

@AmazonHelp Yes, once was waiting for around 45 mins for a telecaller, in another call the person informed me as a technical glitch. But if it is a technical glitch, is there a reason it is not resolved for 6 months and still counting
