So in the past 2 days, 1 person received a long, graphically detailed msg abt the gory aftermath of the genital mutilation/sexual torture they "deserved". Another was doxxed, SENT CSEM, and got mocked for having a DEAD BROTHER. ALL OVER FICTIONAL CHARACTERS. This site is not ok.

People sending GRAPHIC RAPE THREATS to artists making NSFW content

I'm sorry, but if a work is SO personal to you/based on you that you call your fictional OCs "my children" and frame anyone making fan content of them you don't like as "holding a gun to your head", you should disengage for your own safety & speak w a therapist abt this response

This is the problem with “you do you” approaches to an airborne pandemic. When no one else takes precautions - it becomes much harder to keep safe at the individual level.

Harder, more expensive, more stressful. This should never happen.

The fact that most people are willing to tell us to “just stay home” from hospitals, medical facilities & essential places like grocery stores & pharmacies is WHY this is a disability rights issue.

We can’t just stay home. We need accommodations to make these spaces inclusive.
