@DHLCanadaHelp Apparently I'm supposed to let you guys know if I was able to pickup the package, but you can't tell me where the goddamn thing is. And you haven't even tried to deliver it, like you were paid to, once.
Where is my package.
@DHLCanadaHelp DM'd you again. Your phone system says my package was delivered, website says it's waiting to be collected, and some DHL employee called me saying that the package wasn't actually where I was told to pick it up. Where is my package.
@DHLCanadaHelp If you call a form email with no information a follow up, yes, that happened. Still no word on where my package is, if it will be delivered, or if I have to pick it up, and where precisely I have to pick it up.
This is so ridiculous.
Had to give up, I'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully you guys find it. Or maybe you'll try to actually deliver it to my house? Wouldn't that be something.

Hey @DHLCanadaHelp, why do I get an email saying that my package is ready to be collected at the service center, and then when I get to the service center I have to sit around for 30 minutes and counting for your staff to find it?
Does not seem to be ready at all.
