I was like you dude I couldn’t put on any weight…

You gotta go dirty it’s the only whey.

Do the see food diet (you see it, you eat it)

- liquid carbs (google this. I didn’t know it was a thing)
- nutrigrain (in Australia but I’m sure you can get an equivalent)
- steak and eggs 1st thing in the morning without fail
- drink heaps of orange juice
- milk
- protein shakes all the time
- maccas

You gotta prove to yourself you CAN gain weight and the easiest way to do that is to not be precious and eat like a pig. Just never stop lifting heavy. Then you can clean it up.

I went from 88kg to 110 in 5 months doing this. Gyming every day

Hey Barry, this is probably a stupid question but how do you tell when movements in eminis are going to be volatile or more quiet in any given non holiday day?

Is there a way to tell when there will be a lot of activity or no activity?

For example, I was looking at NQH2024 yesterday and it was pretty quiet, but Monday was quite active. Why might that be?

This is interesting and I have a different take on it which is probably an unpopular one.

A lot of companies will say they need xyz to filter out time wasters.

The truth is that there are people writing these position descriptions and if you can get a meeting with them to show them proof of how you can genuinely help and show that you would be amazing to work with, it literally matters 0 what education you have.

My first 6 figure job “required” a design degree which I never had. My education came from working in small studios with lots of different clients.
