I’m interested in how things work beneath the surface.
– why people behave the way they do
– how systems shape outcomes
– how design (screens & systems) can improve both
I’ll be sharing breakdowns, ideas, and things I’m building here.
could you please share how you did it, survived and made it?
not the sound bite or buzzword version, actual stories that can be learnt from and possibly applied where applicable?
congratulations!
Can't believe it's been 2 years already.
It's been a packed 2 years! 😁
I am grateful for the journey far, and looking forward to more milestones.
Again, if you have an opportunity to Japa (LEGALLY) but still unsure, I recommend it 💯
Happy Canniversary to me!

at the same time not all meetings are a failure of writing.
some ideas need real-time pressure to take shape.
the problem is when meetings become a substitute for thinking, not a refinement of it.
a lot of meetings are just unstructured thinking happening out loud.
writing forces clarity.
meetings compensate for its absence.
that’s often a design problem: how teams process thought.
you can’t scale good intentions.
you can only scale systems.
this is where most people get it wrong.
they try to fix behaviour without fixing structure.
people don’t behave randomly.
they respond to incentives, visible or hidden.
if behaviour looks broken, check the structure first: what's being rewarded within that structure?
putting christians into politics doesn’t fix the system.
systems shape behaviour more quickly than beliefs do.
if the incentives reward compromise, even well intentioned people will drift.
whatever is rewarded propagates.
this is less about simplicity and more about pace.
two people moving at different speeds will always experience friction, no matter how much they love each other.
compatibility is often just rhythm alignment.
this is what happens when the standard isn’t clear.
People don’t reject transformation; they substitute it with performance because it’s easier to measure.
when the definition of ‘following Christ’ is vague, imitation replaces transformation.
that’s a design problem, not just a spiritual one.
The problem is not that Christianity is spreading. The problem is that it is spreading without depth.
More people identify as Christians, but fewer actually follow Christ.
We’ve made room for popularity, but not for transformation.
Churches are full.
Events are loud.
Platforms are growing.
But where is the fruit?
Where is the evidence of lives that have truly been changed?
Because if nothing in you has shifted your desires, your priorities, your obedience then Who exactly are you following?
Thank you, Mr. Daniel Bwala, SA to President Tinubu, for helping Nigerians understand exactly why Tinubu should not be voted for in 2027.
