@IKEA Your customer service calls up and says that they can't arrange a pickup of items to be returned if they are not purchased online. I purchased it from your store and paid for delivery as well. Ur Systems were not working and ur guys asked a third party to deliver.

@ola_supports Thanx she just called the ola care centre and got the 100 rs cash back. However some rotten apples make the entire experience look shabby. Please make sure some action is taken or customers will fear taking ola and this is last thing you would want as a brand.
