創業時からの提供サービスである「ピアボーナス® Unipos」というプロダクト起点の認知が強く、多角化したサービスをはじめ、エンゲージメント向上や離職防止、カルチャー変革といった経営課題への本質的な貢献が十分に伝わらず、創業時のロゴやガイドラインは、会社のありたい姿から乖離し始めていました。


今回のリブランディングでは、Uniposを「称賛文化 × 組織変革 × テクノロジー」という独自ドメインから再定義し、プロダクト単体の価値から、組織変革の中核を担う企業へと認識をアップデートすることを目指しました。
新しいロゴは、Uniposの情熱と信念、そして品格・知性を掛け合わせた象徴的なアイデンティティです。組織に情熱の火を灯し、広げていく存在としての姿勢を"トーチ（Torch）"のモチーフで表現。これからのUniposが進むべき方向性を視覚的に表現しています。
