The most valuable part was comparing real workflows, constraints, and tradeoffs in person.

10 takeaways:

1. DLMM maturity is visible.
Most conversations were no longer about “what is DLMM,” but about how to operate it more efficiently at scale.
2. Execution quality is the new differentiator.
Teams focused less on yield promises and more on entry accuracy, timing, and workflow compression.
3. UX simplification is a shared priority.
Multiple products are actively reducing steps, hiding unnecessary configuration, and pushing toward cleaner flows.
4. PnL transparency keeps coming up.
Operators want to see what actually happened, not just fees generated. Asset movement and real outcomes matter.
5. Limit logic is becoming table stakes.
Many discussions circled around conditional execution and why delayed triggers break otherwise sound strategies.
6. Liquidity discovery is being productized.
Surfacing the right pools faster is now considered infrastructure, not a “nice to have.”
7. Vaults and managed strategies are evolving.
Less talk about passive yield, more about controlled exposure and defined behavior under volatility.
8. Points and incentives are being reframed.
Usage-based systems tied to actual activity drew more interest than abstract farming mechanics.
9. Builders want fewer tools, not more.
A recurring theme was reducing tab-switching and mental overhead during active decision-making.
10.IRL feedback still moves products faster.
Several roadmap changes discussed openly were direct results of conversations happening on the floor.
