@AmericanAir@americanair: So b/c I didn’t book directly w/you, am I not considered your passenger? Informing your passengers about schedule changes seems like a no brainer. These are real lives you are severely disrupting.
Booked a trip via @Chase on @AmericanAir scheduled for 2pm but changed to 1pm. Neither party sent notice about change & I missed flight. Chase and airline each blamed the other. No reasonable option given to me & my 4yr old. Not accepting responsibility is poor business practice.
@AmericanAir It was given. Either @americanair or @chase made a mistake & both keep blaming the other. I still checked in 30mins ahead of new flight time & was told gate closed but boarding pass says it closes 10mins prior. Suspect you gave away our seats prematurely & lied to avoid conflict.
@AmericanAir I supplied my contact info on the reservation with @chase, including my AA frequent flyer number. To be clear, you are saying that such info was not provided or transferred to @AmericanAir via my chase reservation?
@AmericanAir I booked via chase and spoke to them today about the matter. @Chase stated that @AmericanAir was responsible for notifying me of the schedule change, and because of this, they would not put me on a different flight. Who was responsible for notifying me of the schedule change?
@AmericanAir the issue is that neither @AmericanAir nor @Chase ever notified me of the schedule change until I arrived at the airport. I would have adjusted my schedule accordingly had I been notified of the change. Confirmation #: DQUEHM
