the AIS portal seems to be observing a work-from-home policy. Every download attempt ends with a “network issue” message. Could the portal please be made available for at least as long as taxpayers are expected to be?

When people holding constitutional positions like the Prime Minister, President, and Chief Ministers openly declare their caste as Dalit or backward and express pride in it, then Brahmins and Thakurs also have every right to be proud of their caste.

दवाओं की कीमतों का यह खेल सिर्फ़ व्यापार नहीं, बल्कि आम आदमी के भरोसे के साथ खुला धोखा है। ₹90 में बिकने वाली दवा पर ₹127 की MRP छापना साफ़ दिखाता है कि कीमतें जरूरत के हिसाब से नहीं, बल्कि मुनाफ़े के लालच में तय की जाती हैं।

यह सवाल बेहद गंभीर है कि जब दवा कम दाम में आराम से बिक सकती है, तो फिर इतनी ज़्यादा MRP क्यों? पहले ऊँची कीमत दिखाओ, फिर डिस्काउंट देकर ग्राहक को एहसान का एहसास कराओ — यही बाजार की चालाकी बन चुकी है, और मरीज इसकी कीमत चुपचाप चुकाने को मजबूर है।

MRP तय कौन करता है — कंपनी या सरकार? और अगर सरकार है, तो फिर यह लूट कैसे चल रही है? दवा नियंत्रण विभाग का काम सिर्फ़ नोटिस जारी करना रह गया है या आम आदमी की जेब बचाना भी उसकी जिम्मेदारी है?

बीमार इंसान पहले ही दर्द, चिंता और इलाज के खर्च से टूट चुका होता है। ऐसे में दवा की कीमतों से खेलना सिर्फ़ आर्थिक शोषण नहीं, बल्कि नैतिक अपराध भी है। इलाज कोई लग्ज़री नहीं, यह जीवन की जरूरत है।

अब समय आ गया है कि इस दवा-माफिया मानसिकता पर सख्त लगाम लगे। पारदर्शी कीमतें, सख्त निगरानी और जवाबदेही तय किए बिना यह लूट चलती रहेगी — और इसका खामियाजा हमेशा आम आदमी ही भुगतेगा।

For AY 2025–26, the original ITR due dates were extended (non-audit cases till 15 Sep 2025 and audit/corporate cases till 10 Dec 2025). But the last date for Belated/Revised ITR remains 31 Dec 2025, leaving an unusually short gap.

A large no. of returns are still not processed, especially cases involving big refunds or other complications. Meanwhile, taxpayers are receiving bulk communications on mismatches / refund issues / doubts on deductions & exemptions. Many genuine errors come to light only after processing and can be corrected only through revision-rectification doesn’t cover everything!!

Request: Please extend the due date for Belated/Revised ITR (u/s 139(4)/139(5)) to prevent avoidable financial loss to genuine taxpayers

Extension is very much required for GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C till 28th Feb, 2026 if details needs to be given as per the FAQs issued by @cbic_india It takes nearly 3 times the usual hours. @cbic_india @Infosys_GSTN @GST_Council @FinMinIndia @IncomeTaxIndia #extend_due_dates_immediately
