@BTCtreasuries FYI, on your website - your calibration for the last weeks SATA performance has a mistake. They issued 803099 SATA shares, which would result in 80m in revenue. Your SATA calibration shows 64.5m
@PunterJeff Curious to see what the ratio will be on these two days pre ex-div date. It might be above 70%, but if BTC breaks out and there are more STRC buys post ex-div date, we will not be able to back calculate the actual ratio on their next Monday report.
@_adrian Hi Adrian,
Quick question, should the calculation of the fully diluted mNAV include the deduction of the ~7bn liabilities. All those extra shares would only be issued if the bonds converted into equity no?
@LizardWizardBTC Probably wouldn't impact the conclusions, but dataset would become less noisy if weekends and stock market holidays were excluded. mNav isn't accurate on those since MSTR is static.
@LizardWizardBTC we might see some serious oscilation of the mNav between the blackout periods and periods when ATM is used. The function with the best fit could start to look like a wave.
@MSTR_Tracker @saylor@shirishjajodia @_ChaitanyaJ The fully diluted share count is here. Thank you!
Here is a chart idea: plot Liabilities/Assets leverage ratio over time. And plot when convertable debt was issued. The converts get issued when L/A drops (BTC rises, or BTC bought through ATM)
