📌Publication in Ecological Economics. By means of a field exp at the @EAERE_envecon Annual Conference, we show that increased visibility of one's food choices affects (somewhat) the share of vegetarian meals consumed. With Astrid Dannenberg, Giorgio Dini and Eva Weingärtner.
