How about we start looking at the “AT crisis” from the perspective of the actual healthcare provider…

They go to school for 6 years.

They have a Masters degree.

Avg salary of provider with Masters degree in US is $76K.

There is a shortage of institutions and organizations WILLING to pay Athletic Trainers what they are worth.

AT value doesn’t start when they engage their first patient…

It has been accumulating during countless hours of classroom and clinical education.

Tomorrow we @go4ellis will get to educate an entire school district and their leaders.
