Gate合约交易发生12w刀穿仓和10万刀亏损
用户如何信任你，大门交易所@Gateio_zh！

昨日，在gate交易所交易 $la 过程中，la价格一分钟时间拉10倍，严重偏离链上价格和其他交易所现货价格，在这个过程中我无法进行加仓和平仓操作。

中途转入统一账户的2000，被吞没，相当于我倒欠平台的钱。

事件发生后，我第一时间与gate华语发言人，喜欢穿西服的@kevinlee_gate 联系。

我没有直接在推特开炮，本着处理问题优先，相信平台为主能妥善处理。

我提交了我的uid和平仓交割单，并且基于事件发生的原因站在交易员的角度进行的猜测。

而我得到的结果是，穿仓抹平，爆仓不赔付的结果。

具体过程如下：

一：决策随意，对问题处理言而无信。

事件发生后，穿西服的kevin在@Elizabethofyou推特下回复的是无需担心，交易会进行回滚。（相关帖子已经删除，有截图）

我与kevin私聊，他也是第一时间告诉我回滚。

经常开交易所群友应该知道，开始我听到回滚的处理方案的第一感觉是这伙计拍脑壳的决策。

若执行回滚，就要吧已经平仓（无论是否盈亏）的交割单和交割金额也进行重新计算，那么已经移除统一账户和提取走的钱无法计算，回滚难度及其大，不如采取补偿措施。

gate在发布处理异常交易的情况下，发言人公开发布回滚信息的情况，言而无信修改赔偿方案，最终结果只配赔穿仓，不处理爆仓。

二：爆仓不赔，指数价格偏移到底是谁之过？

我询问kevin为何爆仓不赔的原因，穿西服的给我的回复是因为别的交易所把价格拉倒了60u，导致指数价格1分钟十倍与现货的偏离。

该交易对指数价格来源于Binance，Bybit，Gate，OKX、KuCoin和MEXC六家交易所。（官方公告）

经查，当时只有kucoin和mexc上架了现货，mexc同期价格正常，kucoin异常。

且根据kucoin订单簿信息，初始流动性铺的很少，仅仅5000U左右的吃单就可上穿流动性。

也就是因为kucoin的5000u的订单，导致所有gate上的用户发生爆仓。

在发生爆仓的一分钟内，你无法平仓，无法加仓的操作。

且根据gate官方公告：

永续合约指数价格能有效体现标的资产的市场公允价值，https://t.co/cBKdpraJfr 会自动剔除非正常市场价格指数成分。

综上，机制方面与官方文档出现背离，产品方面无法进行任何操作，安全方面仅仅别的交易所5000u就能导致本交易所用户爆仓。

三：订单信息篡改，作恶成本极低。

gate发布穿仓赔偿后，交易的交割单出现了篡改。我无法评价相关操作。

我的感受是：
我的账户，我亲手下的单，出现了波动我无法操作，发生了问题后，我的亲手的操作被平台篡改。

@Han_Gate 韩林老板，我无意抹黑gate，本着处理问题的角度我先行沟通，本着事实原则的角度，我在推特陈述，如有不实之处，我可修改。

试问：

处理问题草率、数据机制背离，产品操作缺陷、安全示弱无物的，用户信息篡改的交易所，谁敢使用？

若仅仅因为指数问题的不公允性导致的不赔偿的原因，那么：

我给你开了免密支付，你标记的一个口香糖80u，我免密支付成交了，你告诉我是你自己要成交的，我看有的店也标记80u，怎么了？

今日，在如此处理的情况下，大门交易所还标榜着责任感去进行穿仓赔付。

而其原因仅仅是其他交易所的5000U上穿流动性和如此低的作恶成本。

在你标榜正义和责任的同时，我感到唏嘘。

正义，罪恶总是假汝之名。

我自己也非法律专业，相信其中的法律问题@Honglin_lawyer 刘律可以提供帮助。

同时相关被爆仓、穿仓的用户也有序组织起来形成维权群体。

希望大门交易所中心对相关事宜处理。

就我个人而言，我现在只敢在 @cz_binance @star_okx 家里交易了。

@Gate_io has stolen my funds.

While the LA/USDT price was around $0.50 on other CEXes, Gate manipulated it and pumped it to $25. As a result, many traders were liquidated. I saw reports that around $18 million was extracted during the liquidation.

There has been no response from support. No refunds.

Gate, you have two options: restore your reputation — or become just another crypto scam.
