Everytime you argue or negotiate with your true self, with what you know to be true in your heart, in your bones, you position yourself for suffering. Suffering comes from the division that happens when you argue with You.
Disappointment, in yourself or in others, is the outcome of disembodied and misplaced trust. Disappointment is a fragmentation from your wholeness. You can't be disappointed if you trust in the intelligence of your own life-force.
