@chris_neto I used to look at comm tasks as email count, “oh, this is going to take 5 emails to figure out” so call. Email feels too formal for gen comm, but it’s frustrating to move from Teams to email just because someone’s outside the org. SnapChat me the PO for all I care.

@chris_neto The remote attendees will become more focused. It used to be they were peripheral in a call. I see a lot of huddle spaces designed to be more inviting to remote attendance. Furniture in a scattered configuration around a display, rather than a conf table #AVinTheAM #avtweeps

@chris_neto Certain meeting types will forever have a hybrid mode. Every meeting will/ should include a call in at minimum. Any house of worship or recovery group which included a hybrid attendance will not likely be able to go back. Convenience is commodity. #avintheam
