Over 100 women were trafficked in California by Michael Pratt and his accomplices, all of whom have been criminally convicted. Pratt entered into a profit-sharing partnership with P*rnhub to monetize and exploit the trauma of these women.

P*rnhub’s executives were fully aware that these women were victims, yet they allowed their abuse to remain on the site for years.

The channel profiting from their trafficking amassed over 780,000 subscribers and the videos garnered over 600 million views, making it one of the most popular on the site.

The evidence of P*rnhub’s knowing complicity was overwhelming. In December 2023, its parent company was criminally charged for intentionally profiting from the abuse of these victims.

However, instead of facing full criminal prosecution, the company was offered a “Deferred Prosecution Agreement.” This deal allowed them to avoid trial by paying a settlement of $1.8 million and agreeing to a three-year monitoring period by a government-approved attorney.

This was a miscarriage of justice.

Will the new U.S. Department of Justice finally hold P*rnhub and its owners fully accountable for monetizing and globally distributing the rape and trafficking of countless victims—including children—who have been exploited for profit since 2007?

I sincerely hope so.
