Confidence in @AmericanAir plummets! One trip: 3 delays for 3 full days … 2 days outbound and now one on inbound. Add a lost bag for the cherry on top. Is this really the best they can do? #travelnightmare

@AmericanAir He bag was initially on a flight from MIA to DEL on Dec 24th which was delayed 48 hours and then the bag which had clothes for a wedding never made it on time. It’s now 11 days past the original departure date and still trying to find its way home. After over 90 minutes of calls

@AmericanAir loses our luggage. Then they take our address to deliver the luge to on 4 different calls with customer support. Each time saying “they have it in their systems” and yet they still can’t seem to figure out how to find or deliver bags. Now 35 mins on hold unacceptable

@AmericanAir Did you even read my post or do you just auto-reply with that garbage response? Yes delays are frustrating. What’s insulting is a $12 meal credit for a 24-hour delay. Would it be helpful if I post the menu prices in JFK?

Hey @AmericanAir, our Christmas Eve Flagship First trip (JFK-DEL) was delayed 24 hours for mechanical. We missed the holiday and you give us $12 meal vouchers?! Not even enough for a sandwich at JFK. Disappointing to say the least. Ho Ho Humbug from you. #aa #americanairlines
