A platform that connects them in a meaningful way & not just for jobs

Some of course benefit more from it than others. With making it gender specific sometimes it is perceived as dilution of merit.

For women, there is a defined life stages through which they need a flexible work environment. Those in their 20's and the generations to come are not defining themselves by their career alone.

Often gig workers are not treated as "one of their own by companies"

Now there is recpetivity amongst the conventional white collared workforce
