Viktor had to keep himself from rolling his eyes - He hadn't planned to run into anyone, let alone Jayce. It's unlikely that he'd be swayed, no matter what Viktor said.

He smiled awkwardly as he gave an excuse, trying to gently shake the hand off of his arm.

He turned, attempting to make an escape while mentally cursing himself for not having a good excuse.

Another night, security measure. It started simple enough with documents, notes and blueprints being locked at night - annoying, however the locks on the lab cabinets were easy enough to break through without causing too much of a disturbance. Then Jayce started staying later -
