I am here standing in line ( discipline and all) at the Tax Office in Montego Bay from 12:38. It's now 1:30 pm. No sign of a reprieve. Frustration cause indecision that is not acceptable. ( Just saying).

Do we need another Tax Office in Montego Bay? This one is operating like only Trainees are working. 30 minutes and I have not moved a step in the line. AND.. I am not near the top of the line either! Sniff..sniff
