@grantstuartuk @DurhamRAPol Great point & I reckon they’d have stopped for a horse too. Is it just wrongly thinking they won’t ever hit the cyclist or doing so won’t damage their car, or do they suddenly dismiss someone’s humanity and vulnerability if they’re riding a bike and think it’d serve them right?
