@British_Airways Poor service this morning on flight BA350 to split. My bag did not arrive. Attempting to contact the customer service line - but stuck in endless automated messages. Can someone please help!!! ASAP - this has already ruined my trip.
@eDreams_ODIGEO@eDreams Once again. Running such a multi million dollar company should at least have some diligence to your clientele. I’m trying to get through to @eDreams and nobody is willing to simply respond and change my booking for me!! #shambles
