Dear fathers,

Please stop your daughters from destroying innocent men’s lives.

Teach them not to cheat their boyfriends or husbands. Teach them not to file fake cases after fights. Teach them alimony is not a lottery ticket. Teach them loyalty matters more than Instagram attention. Teach them not to go from one guy to another while pretending to be independent.

You spent years teaching sons: How to behave. How to earn. How to protect women. How to respect marriage. How to control anger and responsibility.

Now teach daughters too.

Teach them not to disrespect husbands publicly. Teach them to value mutual understanding instead of ego battles. Teach them not to compare husbands with random gym boys and Instagram influencers. Teach them not to show everything online just for validation from strangers. Teach them family and marriage are not games.

And most importantly…

If your daughter already loves another man, stop forcing her into marriage with someone else because of caste, money, status, astrology, or society pressure.

That innocent husband will suffer for a relationship he never ruined.

Men are constantly told what they should do. Maybe it’s finally time daughters are taught accountability too.

Equality without responsibility is destroying modern relationships.

Just to auto-fill repetitive job application forms.

Shared it in his batch WhatsApp group.
Downloaded 200 times in one day.
Someone shared it outside the group.
Then outside the college.
Product Hunt picked it up somehow.
3,000 downloads in a week.

A YC founder messaged him asking if it was for sale.
He said no.
Final year hadn't even started yet.
His placement officer called him in.
Asked him to present it as a case study for juniors.

The same officer who told him to focus on DSA and stop wasting time on side projects.

Companies Visiting Tier-1 vs Tier-3 Colleges 🎓

Placement season in India is basically two different Netflix shows depending on your college tier.

Tier-1 Colleges

Day 0:
Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Uber, Atlassian, Goldman Sachs enter campus like it’s a royal wedding procession.

Students:
> “I’m confused… should I take ₹45 LPA or wait for ₹60 LPA?”

Companies:
> “We only need the top 200 students.”

College:
> “We have 1,800 of them.”

Coding rounds feel like competitive programming finals.
HR round feels like a podcast conversation about “impact”.

Offer letters come with relocation bonus, joining bonus, stock bonus, happiness bonus, breathing bonus.

Rejection reason:

> “You were very strong, but someone solved the graph problem in O(1).”

But in Tier-3 Colleges -

Day 0:
“Random IT Services infotech Pvt Ltd” arrives with a logo designed in MS Paint.

CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
In-hand: ₹18,200/month
Bond: 2 years
Penalty: ₹2 lakh

Students:
> “Is it WFH?”

Company:
> “Yes — Work From Hub in another state.”

Coding round:
Reverse a string, print star pattern, explain why you love the company you heard about 7 minutes ago.

HR round:
> “Are you comfortable with night shifts, rotational shifts, weekend shifts, festival shifts and life shifts?”

Role offered:
Software Engineer
Actual work:
Update Excel sheets + call clients + sometimes restart the router.

Meanwhile Parents-

Tier-1 parent:
> “Beta don’t focus on money, focus on learning.”

Tier-3 parent:
> “Beta take anything, learning later.”

After 6 months-

Tier-1 graduate: debating startup vs higher studies vs US relocation
Tier-3 graduate: debating developer vs support vs UPSC vs YouTube vs farming

Same syllabus.
Same university exams.
Same 75% attendance torture.

Different universe.

India doesn’t have one placement system.
It has parallel economies running on the same degree.

Everyone sees the salaries, WFH perks, and fancy titles.
Here’s the other side:

• Your learning never ends
If you stop learning for even 6–12 months, you start falling behind. Tech doesn’t wait.

• Mental fatigue is real
Staring at screens, debugging for hours, context switching—your brain gets tired before your body.

• You’re judged by output, not effort
10 hours of hard thinking can look like “nothing” if the feature didn’t ship.

• Imposter syndrome never fully goes away
New stack, new company, smarter peers → constant self-doubt.

• Deadlines don’t care about bugs
Management promises dates. Engineers deal with reality.

• Work-life balance depends on the team, not the role
One bad manager can ruin a “dream job”.

• Rejections hit differently
You can be good and still fail interviews because of luck, timing, or niche questions.

• Side projects feel mandatory
To grow or switch jobs, your free time often becomes “resume time”.

• AI pressure is increasing
You’re expected to be faster, smarter, and more productive—constantly.

• Your worth can feel tied to your skills
When code breaks, confidence breaks with it.

Still a great career.
Just not the “easy money” path social media sells.

We often complain about why we don't have Swadeshi WhatsApp and other global products.
But when we have one ( Arattai), we don't pay much attention to it.

I agree that the number of Downloads have Spiked, but the adoption rate needs a significant Boost.
Itnese kaam nhi chlega
