My channel is experiencing a massive metadata bug (174 actual videos vs 903 displayed). Support Case [7-8906000040186] has been open for 30+ days. Instead of a fix, I was just threatened with a 30-day support ban for following up. Please help @TeamYouTube @YouTubeIndia

@TeamYouTube Thank you but the case was closed without resolution while the homepage counter continues increasing (currently 903 incorrect vs 174 actual). Since the discrepancy persists and worsens, could this be reviewed at an engineering level rather than via standard support?

@TeamYouTube My channel has 174 public videos but homepage displays 903 and increasing without uploads. Support confirmed homepage should reflect public videos only. Count changes dynamically but totals don’t reconcile. This appears to be a data indexing issue. Please help.

@TeamYouTube Hey there! I have only 176 public videos there on my channel including full plus shorts. Still there is 468 videos count is shown publicly which is inaccurate even if you counted my private ones. Also my revenue has dropped down dramatically. Please help!

Update: Screenshot attached — YouTube homepage now shows 903 total videos, while SocialBlade (YouTube API) confirms 174. This clearly indicates a UI counter mismatch. @TeamYouTube

Adding supporting data:
SocialBlade (which pulls from YouTube API) correctly shows 174 total videos for my channel.
This confirms the actual channel data is 174, while the homepage counter shows 903 and increasing.
This appears to be a front-end/UI aggregation mismatch.

@TeamYouTube First screenshot shows 468 videos. Within 24 hours, the public count jumped to 550 without uploads.

Did I upload 82 videos overnight? If yes, where are they?

This is a data inconsistency. Please acknowledge or explain.

@TeamYouTube This is happening across the devices. Even third party people can view it as the total number of videos is publicly shown. Tried all troubleshooting options.

@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube As I’ve successfully regained full access to my Google & YouTube account now please close any duplicate or ongoing escalations regarding my account since 7th Oct to avoid confusion!
