@venkat_fin9 While I agree with the notion that the access to certain amenities can be better, I think that there’s a lot of people not paying taxes even today. A bit of thought needs to go into getting some flexible privileges for the people already paying taxes. Not an expert at this myself

Need our car tomorrow, yesterday there was some issue with the maintenance equipment, so my car couldn't get ready. This feels like an issue of skilled manpower or lackadaisical approach. Requesting to fix this. @TataMotors @tata_cars

@tata_cars why is it that the simplest of maintenance jobs require multiple follow-ups at the service centres. I'm a working professional based out of Jharkhand and need to get my car in Mumbai serviced. What's appalling is that when I ask for status, I rarely get (1/3)

timely responses from my CRM executive. This was never the case with my Suzuki service. Prompt responses, prompt analysis of issue, timely delivery and most important, consistent communication. This was however not the case at least 2 years ago. Please fix this. My parents (2/3)
