Guys, i am lucky to be one of those guys who has tried literally almost every freaking Android version, upwards of Android 2.
(Have tried Android 1, but that for a very small amount of time (minutes) yeah)

First tablet, which was gifted to me by my granduncle. It was a Byond Mi-book Mi9. 512MB ram + 8gb storage.
On this, i used to play games like Jet Car Stunts, turbofly3d, temple run, hill climbracing, bike Mania 3d, talking tom, etc. the list goes on and on.
Besides, on the same parallel timeline, I also got to play Bounce tales, city bloxx, rally 3d, snake 3, etc.
Other than this, in another parallel timeline, i used to play roadrash on pc π + midtown madness. these were my go-to games, but apart from this. I WILL need to mention 2 BANGERS:
1. PURBLE PLACE (my first cake shop internship)
2. Project IGI: I'm Going In
2nd was my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE. I used to play it on my brother's laptop whenever he visited us hehe
Coming back, this Byond tablet lasted me 2 Android generations -
Android 4
Android 5
On this tab i remember, there was only 1 usb port, and i used an Aircel 3G dongle for internet connectivity. Damn, that was insanely nostalgious!
With this, i understood OTG functionality. You get a micro usb to USB Type A connector extension cable.
At that time, i was so freaking fond of tech accesories Heheheheh
After that, used this laptop for around 3-4 years. Remember, when I got this laptop, it was back 2012 something, I don't really remember.
After that, I did a mandatory teardown on it π
that way, I discovered Allwinner Processors. It was an cortex A8 chipset, with a L shaped Blue motherboard. And damn it looked slim and small.
Besides a huge 6000mAh battery, blue coloured, and a speaker. That's it.
Behind it was metal shelled display, which you will seldom find in today's devices. lol.
Every device I have owned, has helped me learn things even after the device becomes dead ..
After this, a couple years went in, I used i-ball Slide tablet. It was my second one, on it, it was mostly learning new things (watching YouTube) or gaming
childhood is great isn't it? Game. Game. Game. Day end.
This tablet lasted me a few years, after that it went haywire due to becoming old. I don't have much history on this tab but it was also one of my fav devices. On this , Android 4, 5, 6 were present.
Coming next, was Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro. This was originally my mother's phone but was transferred to me when it came near it's life end π. On this, I started my career of bootloader unlocks. custom roms. Kernels. Xdadevelopers. Insane Era.
On this, I installed cyanogenmod, And Lineage OS. At this point in time, I was fully invested on Android OS experiments.
we move on to lenovo K8 Note. It came with Nougat, Android 7. And got updated till Android 8. There I found out one easter egg of system ui tuner π
you keep holding a gear icon and a secret menu unlocks. IMAGINE HOW COOL IS THAT
After which, for sometime i used lenovo vibe K5, on that, i used Android 9 + 10. AEX custom OS.
And, after that was my first own phone. Redmi Note 10. A LEGENDARY DEVICE.
bought in 2021, i swear to god, i have FLASHED around 1000 times different OS builds, and variants.
this, is where my android build development journey really started and ended with the phone. I became an OS tester first. Then Developed my own custom patched unofficial versions. Some of them included SPARK OS.
With that, after few years that phone's motherboard got dead, and the journey ended.
Revisiting all of this, it makes me immensely proud and nostalgic.
guys, we are making one devboard around an STM32 series chip.
I will pick STM32 h7 series 723, as its their high performance series linup, which satisfies my work
need to cnfirm once in CubeMX
we will possibly go with BGA, so
need to buy stuff for BGA hehehe
(i just need some excuse to buy from ROBU or Sharvielectronics HAHAHHA)
Lets see, how well i can unleash my creativity.

Also, shoutout to TI (Texas Instruments) for their amazing tool about BQ series aswell.

a lot has been digged.
Windbg, using some reverse engineering, got down to confirm its not a old graphics driver card issue.
It can run, although could be very low FPS. but can compromise on quality.
Before anyone asking, this laptop is from my office colleague, who is a very good gentleman who lended me this machine for temporary usage :)
this comes with a i7 10th gen + MX330. 2GB Dedicated + 8GB extended.
so, comig back, after confirming, i figured that it was a file missing error. as quoted in my previous post.
so first i queried the available file version to find out the needed AGility SDK Version. i needed this EXACT version of the missing file. came out to be 1.619.2.0
downloaded the agility SDk, copied the file from there.
then started the game.
and voila! hit the black screen.
ATLEAST THIS TIME IT LAUNCHED HAH
but the debugview software spitted some other error. graphics lane not wide enough. BRUH
well well, after a carefully planned thinking, we undestood that we kept the FORCE WARP checkbox checked, so it would emulate EVERY DUCKING feature possible that is implemented in D3D12
unchecked that.
For anyone wondering, there's a directX control panel embeded inside windows. to run it , just do WIN + R, then dxcpl.exe
you'll get a shitload of options.
coming back again, we are back to square zero as the game doesnt launch again :/
but we learnt one new thing:
FTH (Fault Tolerant Heap)
Its basically a service, living inside ftcsvc.dll under svchost.
mostly application crashes are heap bugs, which are the same identical four or five mistakes. So rather than let a program keep dying, Windows watches the crash history, and once an app crashes enough times in a short window (default is 4, within an hour) with a heap-flavoured signature, it gets added to a list.
On every launch after that, a shim is silently injected between the app and the heap manager.
The shim does things like:
Pads allocation - extra bytes on the end, so a small buffer overrun writes into slack instead of the next object's header
Delays frees- freed blocks sit in a quarantine list instead of being recycled immediately, so "use after free" reads "stale but valid" data instead of someone else's
Swallows invalid frees - call HeapFree on a garbage pointer and it just⦠doesn't, rather than corrupting the heap
Zero-fills on free in some configurations
although none of this fixes anything, It makes broken software fail less visibly. the program is still wrong, Windows just mimicks holding its hand.

so apparently, their system requirements page considers everyone to have a grand fortune, having hefty amounts of vram , shaders, latest capabilities etc.
man wth is even that.
so, first i did a bit of googling. the results turned out wayyy unexpected. A LOT, and i mean it.
A LOT lot of people are facing issues with this game, and mostly that is caused due to a software called DENUVO.
Dont rhyme it with LENOVO, pretty bad joke i would say :/
DENUVO is like BATTLEeye, which is a kernel-level anti-cheat protection software.
you can find battleeye in GTA-series Titles.
except, denuvo is an anticheats PLUS DRM (Digital Rights Management) software, which prevents illegal malicious use of the software using piracy.
I dont understand, if these companies have soo much care about their sales revenue, why the fck they would include such a software whcih is not even fully baked? i mean whats the purpose of a game, which i buy but can't play due to the protection software hogging my system resources with crappy load?

after this i moved on to checking windebug. its a software with which you can easily crackdown heavy softwares, decode them, get exact breakpoints where the crash occurs, and most importantly, you can analyse debug dump files.
i did this then got to know that, my d3d12 (direct 3d, version 12) SDK had one file missing, which is the SDK file.
meaning it holds mostly the data needed by the D3D12 software.
i am still digging more into, buckle up lads, to see something interesting.
