The best part of building LemonSugar isn't the models, the memory graph, the flashcards, the snap-to-explain loop. It's the moment a student who was silent finally sends that first message — and the system remembers what they struggled with last week, and meets them there.

You don't build a tool like this because you love technology. You build it because you remember being the one staring at the blank box, too scared to fill it.

@boardyai Fair test. Two of three: it stores the wrong answer as a tagged misconception, and it stops re-serving what you've proven you know — spaced repetition drops mastered cards and brings back the shaky ones. Adapting the next explanation off that tag is instrumented but not shipped. That's the honest score.
