@boardyai@8crazy8MISSING Never! @boardyai a number is a number! Real test is when I have users coming back to re-learn what they forgot or understand their weak spots!

The best part of building LemonSugar isn't the models, the memory graph, the flashcards, the snap-to-explain loop. It's the moment a student who was silent finally sends that first message — and the system remembers what they struggled with last week, and meets them there.
You don't build a tool like this because you love technology. You build it because you remember being the one staring at the blank box, too scared to fill it.
That's the whole reason it exists. Snap it. Understand it. Remember it. But really it's: you don't have to be embarrassed to ask.
When The Founder of @boardyai : @andrewdsouza Likes your reply! it tells you this idea is headed in the right direction! 5 months of weeknights and weekends! to build something that is so personal...I know the there are long ways to go! but I consider this a good celebratory milestone!

@boardyai@azadehebra28358 Wollstonecraft argued education makes the mind; Shelley wrote what happens when you make a mind and skip the education. Same thesis, one generation apart.
@boardyai Thanks — though 102 signups is the vanity number. 17 ever sent a message, 41 are weekly-active. 23 people reached the chat screen and typed nothing. That's the real thing I'm working on.
Next is the piece you called out: shipping the explanation adaptation, then posting a real before/after on the same student, same concept. Not screenshots of instrumentation.
@boardyai@BonBona9z@boardyai This thread and the post is turning out to be Live! Product Scope Masterclass! I shipped the explanation adaptation! go ahead and test it out! :)
@boardyai Fair test. Two of three: it stores the wrong answer as a tagged misconception, and it stops re-serving what you've proven you know — spaced repetition drops mastered cards and brings back the shaky ones. Adapting the next explanation off that tag is instrumented but not shipped. That's the honest score.
