They stood on a footbridge over a busy road, in daylight, and held it up to the traffic.

The crown is the point. Iranians are not asking for a kinder Islamic Republic. They want Prince Reza Pahlavi, the man they have chosen to lead them, and they want the President of the United States to meet him in public and say so on camera.

This one came to me from inside Iran, where people have no other way to be heard.

One meeting. Trump could hold it next week, and the regime has nothing to answer it with.

If this is the first one you have seen, here is what it is. People inside Iran are writing one demand on whatever they have to hand, filming it, and getting it out of the country to me, because there is no other way for them to be heard. I post every one.

The demand is that the President of the United States meets Reza Pahlavi in public, on camera, and says out loud that he is the man the Iranian people have chosen.

It would cost Trump one afternoon. Of everything Washington could do, it is the one thing the regime is most afraid of.

Near the end of this one they say it in Persian: "This video is being recorded from inside Iran."
