@KRACare there is an issue with ITax profile not integrating well with Windows. I’m not able to raise a payment registration. Kindly solve.

@NSSF_ke @StateHouseKenya @WilliamsRuto why don’t you have an active Paybill for voluntary contributors? Informal sector workers can’t easily leave work to visit offices. A simple Paybill would boost convenience and increase contributions to retirement savings.

@KRACare the verification codes are not being send, so Taxpayers are not able to access the tax profile for filing of returns. Kindly help and save the situation

@KRACare why is the Itax system not sending the Verification code to the phone number so as to allow access to the Itax profile…. Kindly sort out this issue to enable taxpayers file their returns.

@citizentvkenya @nimrodtaabu @citizentv @KRACare @treasury my suggestion is to tie VAT declaration to the point of payment, rather than invoicing, to avoid businesses being forced to pay VAT before they've received the money. This causes cash flow problems, especially, when there is a delay in payment.

@netflix something wrong? Error of NW-6-504 and it can't be reset.
