@tusharbohra Re no. 9 - it's to do with a predatory state not an easy life as you claim. Why take risks, provide jobs, pay taxes if the perenially rent-seeking state is out to make your life a misery?
@DrDStarkeyCBE argues Britain’s crisis is not the product of a few incompetent leaders but a systemic failure dating back to the Blair era, when power was increasingly shifted away from Parliament and voters toward judges, experts and unaccountable institutions.
Socialists have mastered the art of regurgitating <10 word long simplistic catchphrases that make them feel like morally superior geniuses.
"system that prioritizes profit over people"
"trans women are women"
"every billionaire is a policy failure"
I wish I could just check my mind out like this and outsource it to the eternal Progressive omnicause. Life would be so much easier if I never bothered to try to understand why seemingly simplistic things don't happen and instead chalked it all up to "evil Capitalism".
Bagged up food that's past its expiration date gets thrown away by stores because they're afraid of the legal liability of what might happen if they donate it. What happens if one person gets sick eating a bagel that expired the day before they received it? They could sue the grocery store that donated the food, or government regulators could go after them for making people sick.
It's a legal landmine that no one wants to risk taking, but when has a Socialist ever passed up the opportunity to blame "profit over people" for a perverse incentive structure the government itself has created for the marketplace?
Again, while focusing on "the Jews" the Islamization of the West continues uninterrupted.
While another book on the "Israel Lobby" is being published, I have to wonder why no one seems to be interested in writing about the "Islam Lobby" which is at least as powerful?
We can reveal that a former supporter of Hizb ut-Tahrir, now banned as a terror group, has been appointed assistant research professor of education at Cambridge, in the same faculty as Arday.
Farah Ahmed has explicitly attacked 'western education' as a 'threat' to Muslims, condemned democracy and integration, and criticised British schools for teaching pupils that child marriage is wrong.
During her time at Cambridge, she has written that the Islamic concept of education is sharply opposed to 'gaining literacy and numeracy and other disciplinary skills demonstrated through qualifications'.
These statements are part of her long record of bigoted, extremist and separatist views on education.

If any country is supporting and financing the Islamization of the West it is Qatar, but they were smart enough to buy off "right-wing" influencers to point at Israel, while financing mega-mosques and Islamic Centers in once Christian lands.
And bribing EU officials, of course.
Joe Scarborough: “The co-chair of the DSA supported going to a pro-Hamas rally the day after Hamas gleefully slaughtered more Jews on October 7th than any day the Jews were slaughtered since the Holocaust."
An estimated 300,000 people were murdered during Idi Amin’s 8-year rule in Uganda.
A book written by NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's father, Imperialism and Fascism in Uganda, makes no mention of the mass killing. Not one word.
A son does not necessarily take on the thoughts of his father—but people born of parents with strong political views tend to adopt them themselves.

Supreme Court allows convicted rape-of-minor convict Asaram Bapu a full-time trained caregiver of his choice in jail.
Years earlier, 83-year-old undertrial Father Stan Swamy, suffering from Parkinson’s, had to fight for weeks just to get a straw and sipper so he could drink water without spilling. Medical bail repeatedly denied. He died in custody.
Same system. Same courts. Vastly different urgency for basic human dignity. Selective compassion isn’t justice. It’s the opposite.
Almost 4% of the entire German population are asylum or protection seekers, one percent of the population is Syrian, and almost 5% of all Syrians live in Germany. In the age group of under 5 year olds, over 40% have a migrant background.
This is unprecedented demographic change.

Incredible India, As Told To Parliament
In the grand theatre of Indian governance, there are many republics. In one, you have the lived reality of a citizen. In the other, government presents a curated republic, everything is under control.
The data illustrates the sloth. Screens are riveted by caved roads. Parliament is told only 49 roads caved in between 2014 to 2026: • 73,481 schools have no electricity.• 100,843 schools have just one teacher for the entire school.• 3.58 crore applicants competed for 92,116 railway posts .• 5.81 lakh police vacancies • Power companies carry ₹6.47 lakh crore of accumulated losses • IBC has resolved only 1157 of 50,900 cases, recovering just 27 paise per rupee. • 7,311 of 30,868 subordinate judgeships vacant as 5 crore cases are pending.

I don't have the most recent figures, but could someone show smug Nick Robinson the number of Mosques being built recently, the number of Muslim mayors, the numbers of Christian churches mysteriously going up in flames, the huge number of prayer meetings in public places, the lock-step voting of Muslim MPs in the House of Commons, the distorting effect of Muslim jurors in court cases, the numbers of Muslim fighting-age men arriving in boats with no WOMEN or OLD people among them
Shall I go on ?
This is the evidence you smug blockhead
Will you please stop pushing BBC propaganda
Jason Arday pictured alongside Admiral Lord Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar, 1805.
Arday is widely credited with devising the entire British battle plan after Nelson reportedly became confused about which way the French were coming from.
He then personally commanded 17 ships simultaneously, sank 34 French and Spanish vessels, captured another 11, and swam between HMS Victory and the enemy fleet several times because the rowing boats were “taking too long.”
When Nelson was fatally wounded, Arday removed the musket ball with his teeth, briefly resuscitated him, finished commanding the battle, and then carried Nelson back to England on his shoulders.
Nelson's famous signal, “England expects that every man will do his duty,” was apparently Jason's idea, although early drafts reportedly read: “Don’t worry lads, Jason’s here.”
Historians now believe Britain would never have achieved naval supremacy without him.
