The paradox of AI is that it must be imperfect to be great.
This is what Apple is struggling with.
The DNA of Apple is to achieve perfection, but AI needs to be imperfect to feel human. AI needs the "umms and likes." It needs the ability to make mistakes. In order to achieve "intelligence" you have to be willing to take a risk, to try and fail. An an encyclopedia is "perfect," but it is not intelligent. A human is intelligent, not because they are right 100% of the time, but because they are willing to try new things, make new combinations, think outside the box, intuit solutions.
Intelligence requires risk taking and mistake making.
