@IndiGo6E I’ve been trying to claim a compensation voucher. While uploading a document as proof, the site kept throwing an error, so I retried multiple times. Now it says “maximum 5 files allowed per passenger,” but there’s no option to remove the uploaded files. Please help.

@IndiGo6E Unable to claim compensation for my Dec 5 flight on the GoC website. Error says “First name is mandatory”, but no such field exists. For 2 passengers under the same PNR, details entered in one tab automatically reflect in the other, blocking separate entries. Pls help
